How the coaching is done
What makes coaching unique to TLP is:
> The predominant methodology used is Co-Active Coaching by the Coaching Training Institute (CTI), which is also accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
> TLP uses other methodologies e.g. GROW, Funnel, Diamond, Appreciative and Solution- Focused, depending on the unique circumstances of the person and context.
Examples of coaching
> Coach executives and professionals who are facing challenges and obstacles within their business environments.
> Coach individuals in a private capacity e.g. they are making a career change, or exploring and better wanting to understand their values, purpose, etc.
> Coached participants on numerous leadership programmes that were run by a top-ranked business school for its clients.
