Training
Training should not be an one-off experience; to develop yourself you need time, effort, perseverance and practice.
TLP uses an adult learning and experiential approach to bring the training alive, make it practical and impactful, and that participants learn about, practice and develop the relevant knowledge, skills, behaviours and confidence to lead others.
“Nice training, great coffee, beautiful venue … but will anything change?” Sure! We have a unique and tested approach to support, guide and ensure action is taken and the learnings are transferred and embedded back into your day-to-day
> What
We offer programmes, training and 1-to-1 training to help individuals, teams and organisations when it comes to leading others.
We deliver these face to face, virtually (e.g. ZOOM, Webex, MS Teams) and blended, and they can range from one hour sessions to three days.

We offer training on the following topics:
> Coaching, active listening, effective questioning, holding the silence/space
> Giving recognition and feedback
> Building effective teams e.g. create a purpose/shared goal, instill norms of conduct, get the right people on the team, etc
> Building trust and psychological safety
> Developing growth mindset
> Communication skills e.g. types of communication, public speaking/presentation skills, social media (e.g. blogs, vlogs, etc)
> Empowering, delegating, influencing and motivating others
> Handling and resolving conflict
> Managing your energy, mindfulness
> Prioritising, project management, time management
