Developing those who lead
What is The Leading Profession (TLP)
TLP develops those who lead (e.g. leaders, managers, people who lead without authority) to get the very best out of themselves and their people, to support them in reaching their full potential and to celebrate what they are great at.
TLP’s purpose
To make this world a better place for our future generations and all of us to live in.
To make that happen, we need strength in numbers, where all of us are in our power, inspired, engaged, energised and in the flow. Together then we can address our biggest challenges. Individually, if we are in our strength and flow, we can then positively influence those around us – a sort of domino effect – and so on and so on.
To get the best out of people individually, those who lead them have a huge effect, as the ‘tone is set at the top’, and they can reach many more.
Target audience
Leading others happens at all levels of an organisation. TLP focuses on leaders, managers, team leads, first time managers, and people who lead without authority e.g. project managers, account managers, etc.
TLP’s experience ranges from Management Board level to employees, and from international to Dutch organisations.
